PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE COULD BE DISTURBING TO SOME VISITORS AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18.  AS A LEGAL DISCLAIMER AS OF THIS DATE ALL PARTIES ARE TO BE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.

During the events above the natural father of both children was serving in the United States Army overseas in Iraq.  He was unable to get to his children when they needed help.  Any and all attempts to secure their safety went unanswered by the DFACS system.  Family members made numerous phone calls, wrote letters, and valiantly advocated for the safety of the children to DFCS.

On November 14, 2006, 2 weeks after the father returned home from Iraq, The mother (pictured above) called the father to come and get the children.  The Children have been safe from harm since that time.

 

The following pages are what has been uncovered through disclosure from the children of the dark world that they lived in with their mother and her boyfriend.

The below link is a scanned and uploaded copy of the psychological evaluation of Heather.  As of this date the assistant district attorney (DA) has now considered prosecuting this case.  This case may actually see it's day in court, in turn, taking a child molester off the streets.  Acts such as these that go unprosecuted send a message to these alleged criminals that what they are doing is allowed.  Mr. Steve Askew is now looking further into the case and the investigator there with the D.A.'s office is working on what will be needed to take this to court.

Christian, as seen in the evaluations, has chosen to suppress and silence himself on the events that happened while living with his mother.  He did however reveal to the examiner that he was physically abused.  This was already suspected and now is confirmed through his own testimony.  We may never know exactly what all this child endured.  While he bravely tried to defend his sister and mother, he too, relates that he became the object of physical abuse.  Not only has he disclosed his abuse recieved by Joe Joe, but now by his mother as well.
